Job Description
* Processing invoices and managing the accounts payable ledger.
* Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring payments are made in a timely manner.
* Assisting with month-end processes and reporting.
* Helping with the preparation of VAT returns.
* Communicating with suppliers and resolving any payment related queries.
* Working closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.
* Supporting other team members in the Accounting and Finance department as required.
* Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
The Successful Applicant
As the successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
* Proven experience in Accounts Payable.
* Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
* A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and the ability to work under pressure.
