You'll develop and support our Dynamics 365 CRM customer systems, ensuring support tickets are logged, triaged and resolved quickly, keeping the customers informed of progress.
Ensuring systems are kept up to date in line with supplier releases, you'll engage with customers regularly and publicise new features introduced in each release.
