Main Responsibilities:
1. Act as a business owner for the Supply planning functionality (business design and process sign-off)
2. Manage decision-making process / change management activities
3. Ensure timely delivery of documented business requirements and test scenarios
4. Perform Risk Impact Analysis and assess project dependencies from other initiatives
5. Resolve business issues affecting project delivery
6. Review all project deliverables thoroughly
7. Lead and participate in testing & cutover activities
8. Co-create o9 adoption strategy across Demand and Supply Planning
9. Drive resolution for tool adoption barriers
10. Collaborate with Business Champions and Key Users to promote deployment
11. Develop strategies to sustain new planning capabilities post-implementation
12. Participate in governance of new planning tools
13. Partner on enterprise planning process design
14. Engage in workshops and design sessions
15. Ensure successful delivery of KPIs for implementation
Key Skills required:
1. Experience with O9 solution implementation is preferred
2. Strong background in Supply Planning
3. System and system implementation affinity
4. Knowledge of Commercial and Manufacturing processes regionally
5. Innovative thinking and capability introduction
6. Agile and growth mindset
7. Change management skills
8. Stakeholder management and influencing skills
9. Cross-functional collaboration and relationship building
10. Credibility within Mondelēz for driving change and system adoption
11. Experience in a matrix organization with dotted-line reporting
12. Excellent communication skills for articulating vision and project details
