What We’re Looking For:
* Italian Law Degree with excellent academic record (LL.M. a plus)
* 2–3 years PQE (ideally in structured finance)
* Fluent legal/business English (other languages a plus)
* Strong technical, drafting & interpersonal skills
* Team player with collaborative approach
