What We're Looking For: Minimum of 6 months experience supporting children in UK schools (essential) Previous work in SEN-specific schools, including support for ASD, SEMH, SLD, or PMLD learners Confident in delivering individualised support, both 1:1 and within small groups A calm, resilient, and flexible approach to classroom support Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one) Bonus if you have training in Team Teach, Makaton, PECS, or similar!
