Our client is is a global leader in speciality films used for flexible packaging, lamination, labelling and industrial application.
Job Description
3. Manage sales of Glass Films/ Sun Control Films in North America region.
4. Develop Distributors/ Importers by demonstrating ROI, market potential and product benefits
5. Create awareness of the product among the specifiers (architects, interior designers, consultants, etc.).
6. Drive awareness among other influencers like builders, contractors, corporates, etc.
7. Develop a working relationship with the specifiers to maintain a robust pipeline of projects.
8. Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, industry events, and online platforms.
9. Understand clients' business needs and challenges, and tailor solutions to address their specific requirements.
10. Prepare proposals, submit quotes, conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products and close leads commercially.
11. Meet budgeted target for product placement and sales in the region
12. Resolve problems and concerns of stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
13. 10+ years of experience in sales/ business development for films (experience in window films will be preferred & experience in building materials mandatory)
14. Engineering and MBA from good institute
15. Experience of business development through channels and distributors in North America
16. Should have prior experience of managing teams
17. Must be open to overseas travel or relocating
18. Exceptional communication skills
19. Language proficiency in Spanish will be preferred
