Your Construction are delighted to be looking for a Sales Support Coordinator for a small and friendly business based in Sutton Coldfield Purpose of Role Working as part of the Sales Team, the role will provide the Sales Team with administrative support and our customers with key data inputs and the support needed to provide excellent customer service to the growing requirements of the client base. The scope of activities includes general administration, collating information for Quotations/Commercial Claims and overall Customer Account maintenance. Role Summary Support Account Managers with commercial submissions and administration as needed etc Coordinate with customers / Account Managers regarding administrative, commercial and operational issues in support of daily business. Manage customer portal updates for select customers. To support / assist management with the timely processing / submission of customer quotations as required within agreed procedures and formats. Compile data spreadsheets to support Sales Team activities Liaise with Finance during routine assessments of piece price margins associated with current running business/customer accounts. To coordinate input data / pricing information required to support customer commercial claims. Skills/Knowledge Required Numerate with high level skills in Excel, Word etc Good verbal and written communication skills Automotive supply chain experience would be an advantage but not critical Keen and eager to learn Flexible approach Hours Either Mon- Thursday 7.30-4.30 Friday 7.30-1.30 or Mon- Thursday 8.30-5.30 Friday 8-2 Permanent
