Commercial Vehicle Equipment | North East & Scotland | Field Based A well-established manufacturer and supplier of commercial vehicle workshop equipment is looking to appoint an Area Sales Manager to support continued growth across the North East and Scotland. This is a field-based role managing a defined territory, developing relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities across the commercial vehicle workshop sector. The Role • Manage and grow relationships with existing customers across your territory • Identify and develop new business opportunities within commercial vehicle workshops • Promote a range of specialist workshop equipment including lifts, brake testers and related products • Convert inbound sales enquiries generated through the company’s marketing activity • Plan and manage your sales territory to maximise growth opportunities • Attend regular sales meetings and contribute to wider commercial strategy • Travel across the region with occasional overnight stays where required The Candidate This role would suit a driven field sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing a territory and developing new business opportunities. You will likely bring: • Experience in a B2B sales or field sales environment • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • A proactive approach to identifying and developing opportunities • Good planning and organisation to manage a regional territory effectively • A customer-focused mindset and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team • A full UK driving licence is required and comfortable with one night a week away (fully expensed).
