An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Care Home Manager to manage an exceptional care home based in the Boston, Lincolnshire area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

The home specialises in providing nursing and residential care for service users with dementia, learning disabilities, or sensory impairments.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered General Nurse with a current active NMC Pin or hold experience in managing nursing homes.


Key Responsibilities

1. Effectively manage staff, providing guidance, supervision, recruiting new staff, and encouraging team development.
2. Work with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance, fostering good stakeholder relationships and ensuring outstanding service and care levels.
3. Maintain full commercial control, working with the Customer Relations Team to ensure optimal occupancy through creative marketing, managing costs related to fees and staffing.
4. Use various systems to report management information on occupancy, fees, budgets, and staffing.
5. Collaborate with Hospitality and Maintenance teams to uphold high standards in food presentation, housekeeping, and residents' clothing and environment.


Preferred Skills and Experience

* At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Home Manager with CQC.
* Experience and knowledge of dementia care.
* Proven track record in managing high-quality care and financial planning within a residential setting.
* Experience in managing and motivating care teams.
* Strong understanding of safeguarding, compliance, and care inspectorate standards.


Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive an excellent salary of GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 per annum DOE. This is a permanent, full-time role working days. Benefits include:
