We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join an industry-leading, award-winning Health & Safety, HR & Employment Law service provider with over 80 years in the market.
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing a team of high-performing Business Development Managers (typically 20 BDMs). Key responsibilities include coaching the team in business development, managing sales performance, pipeline management, and executing sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading and mentoring a team of 20 BDMs
* Owning sales revenue performance for the region
* Identifying areas for sales improvement
* Collaborating with the Sales Director to review performance regularly
* Conducting field coaching and development
* Upskilling the team in lead generation
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven success in managing and motivating a field sales team
* Experience in developing self-generating leads
* Background in selling into the SME market is preferred
