Here at Aspris, we are proud to be a leading provider of specialist education services with over 30 schools nationwide. We are recruiting for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join us in opening a new school for autistic children and young people (opening September 2025).
We are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and passionate individuals to become part of our therapy team. The successful candidate will join our multi-disciplinary team, which may suit someone experienced in a special needs environment or newly qualified. The role involves working closely with Speech and Language Therapists and other professionals supporting students; reporting to the Therapy Manager. We consider both full-time and part-time hours within term-time.

The purpose of our school is to prepare young people for a successful transition into adulthood, fostering resilience and essential skills for independent living and community participation. What will Aspris Ridgeway look like?
* It will be a centre of autism expertise and excellence, educating up to 60 pupils aged 7-19 with identified autism needs and in receipt of an EHCP.

Initially, we will open with Y5 and Y6 pupils. We are seeking outstanding primary teachers to join us on this exciting journey.
