Responsibilities
* Providing excellent care and support to our residents throughout the night.
* Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
* Carry out regular checks and respond to any night-time requirements.
* Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
* Maintain a calm, reassuring environment for our residents.
Qualifications
* A can-do attitude.
* Be a compassionate and caring person.
* Be a true team player.
* Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker– this is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.
