Job Description
A leader in the provision of fire protection services are looking for experienced fire door installers/engineers to join their team. You will be working on social housing properties carrying out new installations, upgrades and maintenance works to existing fire doors and frames. The works will be based across the M25 and in to central London, so the succesful candidate must be happy to travel.
You will also be provided with a company van a fuel card. Knowledge of BMTRADA and FIREAS is preferred.\n\nThe successful candidate will have:\n\nAt least two years experience working with fire doors\n\nA strong background in carpentry and joinery\n\nNVQ or equivalent in carpentry\n\nExperience installing fire doors and frames\n\nExperience upgrading and remediating existing doors and frames\n\nExperience working on social housing FRA contracts\n\nFull UK driving license\n\n3rd party accreditation/registration under the FIRAS scheme\n\nWhat's on offer?\n\n * £40,000 - £44,000 per annum\n\n * Fire door works on mostly social housing properties\n\n * Installing pre-fabricated sets and carrying out remedial works to existing doors and frames\n\n * Travel required\n\nIf you are interested, please submit your CV or please call ProGroup office number on (phone number removed) and ask for Lily
