My client is expanding it's presence in the rapidly growing data center sector. As demand for high-performance, sustainable cooling solutions continues to rise, we are strengthening our team with two ambitious Business Development Managers to drive growth across the UK and Benelux regions.

What you’ll do


* Identify and develop new business opportunities with colocation and enterprise customers.
* Build and manage long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users.
* Drive sales of our full portfolio of data center cooling solutions (CRAH, CRAC, FWU, CDU, Chillers, etc.).
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and project handover.
* Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, and service teams to align technical and commercial strategies.
* Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver against quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Provide insights on market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
* Represent the firm at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.
* Support tender responses, proposals, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
* Report regularly on performance, forecasts, and key account activities.


What we’re looking for

* Proven track record in business development or technical sales, ideally in data centers, HVAC, or mission-critical cooling.
* Strong network within enterprise and colocation customers.
* Ability to balance technical understanding with commercial acumen.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a consultative approach.
* Willingness to travel across the region.
