Reduction in parts usageMaintaining correct van stock profileFocus on high first-time fix rate.Reducing downtime and improve efficiencies. Provide support for complaint escalations.Attend product update meetings and refresher training.Work with the Regional Lead Engineer to improve customer satisfaction, service efficiency.
