We are recruiting for a skilled and detail-driven Furniture Sprayer to join a respected workshop specialising in high-quality, bespoke furniture and cabinetry.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Spraying bespoke furniture, cabinets, doors, and panels
* Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming
* Mixing paints, lacquers, and finishes to precise specifications
* Operating spray equipment to achieve flawless, consistent finishes
* Conducting quality inspections to ensure high standards are maintained
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised spray booth
* Working closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Furniture Sprayer (essential)
* Experience working on bespoke or high-end furniture preferred
* Excellent attention to detail and finishing standards
* Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team
* Reliable, punctual, and organised
