Marketing Executive – Join a Growing, Creative, High‑Impact Team
Location: Office-based 4 days per week (WFH Fridays)
Hours: Full-time, (finish at every Friday)
Salary: £35,000
Contract: Permanent
Are you a hands‑on, ideas-driven Marketing Executive looking to take the next step in your career?Do you enjoy creating impactful campaigns, exploring new ideas, and seeing your work directly influence business results?If so, this is a role where you’ll genuinely make your mark.Join an expanding marketing team of four, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, where your creativity,mercial mindset, and campaign expertise will help shape the brand’s presence across multiple international markets.
What You’ll Be DoingAs a key member of the team, you will manage a broad mix of marketing activity, including:
360° Campaign Management
1. Managing newsletters, social media, publications, market research and lead generation
2. Creating engaging content aligned to audience needs
Keyword Research & Content Strategy
3. Identifying high‑traffic keywords across multiple markets
4. Using insights to improve visibility and performance
Campaign Creation & Execution
5. Planning, optimising and delivering campaigns across international regions
6. Testing and refining activity to maximise results
Creative Asset Production
7. Designing corporate assets using Adobe Creative Suite
Digital Implementation
8. Scheduling and launching social media posts, website updates and digital campaigns
Performance & Analytics
9. Tracking ROI, conversions, CTAs, traffic and gated content
10. Reporting insights and making rmendations for improvement
A/B Testing
11. Testing ad copy, keywords and targeting to optimise performance
12. Reviewingpetitor campaigns to identify opportunities and areas for differentiation
13. Presenting data-backed business cases to enhance efficiency and drive customer acquisition
Process & Brand Development
14. Supporting workflow improvements and ensuring consistent brand messaging

A confident and capable Marketing Executive who brings creativity, initiative and a strongmercial mindset.
Key skills required
15. GA4
16. Google Tag Management (Creating Tags, Attributes)
17. Looker Studio – or Tableau for dashboard and reporting.
18. HubSpot – reporting
19. SQL queries – creating Datasets
20. SEMrush
21. Data Analysis within Digital Marketing
22. Implementing Tracking urls and Campaigns
23. Web traffic analysis
24. SEO/GEO
