Branch Manager Pay, Hours and Benefits
* £38,000 - £41,000
* 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
* Occasional overtime, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, Life insurance cover, Profit Related Pay, Employee Assistance Programme

Branch Manager Role Overview
* This is an excellent opportunity, leading and mentoring a small team of experienced and dedicated colleagues, you will coordinate the daily smooth running of the branch and drive it to even greater success, whilst ensuring the branch is compliant with policies and procedures.
* You will be fully accountable for the day-to-day operational and commercial performance of the branch. This role owns revenue delivery, P&L performance, workshop utilisation, diary control, and dealer development, ensuring the branch operates efficiently, profitably, and with a strong customer focus.
* Working closely with the Service & Installation Coordinator and Workshop Manager, you will take full control of resources, drive sales through retail channels, strengthen dealer relationships, and act as the primary point of contact for key customers.
* This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring commercial awareness, operational discipline, and proactive engagement with internal teams and external partners.

Branch Manager Key Responsibilities
* The Branch Manager will take full ownership of day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery
* Maintain responsibility for branch financial performance, including P&L, revenue generation, cost control, and delivery of budgeted targets
* Ensure safe working practices and adherence to all operational and quality standards across all activities
* Work closely with the Workshop Manager to optimise utilisation of engineers, equipment, and workshop capacity through effective planning and scheduling
* Lead, support, and develop the branch team by providing clear direction, setting expectations, and driving performance improvement
* Maintain and grow key car dealer relationships within the territory, including regular engagement to support business development and revenue growth
* Deliver consistently high standards of customer service while aligning operational activity with wider commercial objectives
