Offer description

Vine Medical Group is recruiting for a Salaried GP to join our friendly, supportive team in Waterlooville (list size of 25,000). We can consider candidates wishing to work between 4 and 8 sessions per week (to include a Friday).

For those who are interested in Partnership opportunities we are happy to consider this at recruitment stage or at a later date following employment.

Our GPs undertake on average 13 x 15‑minute facing‑patient appointments a session, plus 3 admin slots in order to deliver the best and safest service we can to our patients. Our salaried GPs have their own patient list once induction / familiarisation phase has been completed.

We have both face‑to‑face and on‑line clinics, as well as home visits, same day care and routine appointments. Our GPs have admin time structured into the working day. Our same day care is run via a structured triage service managed by our care navigators with a GP Lead and ably supported by Paramedics, Nurses, and HCAs, as well as a Medicine Management Team led by clinical pharmacists.

As a training practice we are always interested in supporting GPs with any special interests. Newly qualified GPs are offered bespoke support and mentorship, regular whole practice training sessions and peer review opportunities.

We encourage and welcome applications from veterans and service leavers.
