From day one, you’ll work alongside renowned Real Estate Partners and Associates, gaining hands-on experience across investment, development, leasing, finance and property transactions.

The Work
* Advising landlords and tenants on complex commercial leasing matters.
* Building client relationships with national and international businesses.
* Drafting and negotiating sale and purchase agreements for a diverse client base.
* Acting for financial lenders on property finance and borrowing transactions.
* Supporting developers and investors on large-scale projects across Scotland.
* Collaborating with senior colleagues to deliver commercially focused, practical advice.
Your Background
* NQ–3 years’ PQE, with experience in Real Estate.
* Strong technical ability and enthusiasm for building a career in property law.
* Excellent drafting and communication skills.
* Confidence in working directly with clients and managing your own workload.
* Commercial awareness and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
* Collaborative mindset, with a commitment to team and client success.
