Maintenance Manager. Hours: Full-time, 45 hours per week. Flexible start times. Robertson recruitment are looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities across the an Ilkeston site but then it would develop into multiple sites in the future. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment, facilities, and systems are operating efficiently, safely, and in line with company standards. You will work closely with operations and project teams, manage maintenance staff, and ensure both planned and reactive maintenance tasks are delivered effectively. There are 4-5 members of the maintenance team. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day maintenance operations across sites Plan and oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities Lead, support, and develop maintenance teams Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards Monitor performance, minimise downtime, and improve efficiency Manage budgets, suppliers, and external contractors Support site operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Experience in a maintenance, engineering, or facilities management role Strong leadership and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and teams Good communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working across both office and site-based environments Bachelors Degree in relevant engineering discipline (desirable) Valid safety qualification Benefits Company pension Development plan Strong experienced team around you Annual leave 22 days plus bank holidays If you are interested in this role please contact Dan on 07464 733898
