The Glenfield Surgery, Leicester
Vacancy – Salaried GP for 6 Sessions
Glenfield Surgery is a friendly, forward-thinking training practice serving around 14,500 patients in a semi-rural setting. We are seeking a dedicated Salaried GP (6 sessions per week) to join our supportive multidisciplinary team to start as soon as possible.
You will deliver high-quality care across general practice, including acute presentations, chronic disease management, health promotion, and preventative care. Clinical work is supported by a skilled team of GPs, Physician Associates, Pharmacists, Nurses, HCAs and a Social Prescriber, with an excellent administrative team. We use SystmOne, AccuRx total triage, and Surgery Connect telephony to support efficient workflows.
As a training practice, we actively support professional development, teaching opportunities, portfolio working, and leadership interests, within a collaborative culture that values work–life balance.
We actively use A.I. to reduce our clinical burden.
