About the Role
Position: 1st Line Support Engineer
Salary: £25,000-£28,000 per annum + benefits
Location: Northampton
We are recruiting for a 1st Line Support Engineer for a large client based in Northampton. The role involves working in the 1st Line team, resolving tickets often at first resolution, and supporting the Service Desk Team during daily operations, including support for workshop, Field, 2nd line, and 3rd line teams.
Skills and Experience Required
* Previous experience in an IT helpdesk support role
* Knowledge of various IT systems
* Experience with Microsoft systems/applications (Windows 10, MS Office, O365, Windows Server, etc.)
* Experience supporting mobile devices
* Experience working with Azure
* Experience in IT Service environments
Note: This role is on-site in Northampton. Driving is essential due to client location.
