The Security Operations Co-ordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Site Security Manager by overseeing the coordination and control of all aspects of physical security. This position ensures compliance with National Security Regulations while identifying best practices and implementing effective technical solutions to safeguard personnel, assets, and infrastructure.
The role is responsible for leading day‑to‑day security operations, embedding consistent security policies and procedures across sites, and managing inspections, audits, and regulatory visits. The Security Operations Co-ordinator will also oversee security technology, handle sensitive information with discretion, and proactively identify, mitigate, and monitor physical and personnel security risks to ensure operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
* Develop internal / external security stakeholder relationships in support of the business and functional objectives
* Act as an ambassador for security to establish and develop a security culture
* Manage, motivate and develop all site security teams and related resources for the effective and timely delivery of the client’s security requirements
* Manage third party suppliers and relationships to ensure cost effective delivery of required services
* Be fully conversant in all aspects of Crypto custodian roles
* Manage budget related to site security delivery, identifying and investigating differences between budget and actual
* Manage, monitor and report on security visits and inspections by Government and Contracting Authority
* Lead all business security day-to-day operational requirements in the delivery of current and future business objectives
* Ensuring daily management, administration and maintenance of all security technology to achieve operational effectiveness

Qualifications

* Pro‑active approach, whilst maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken
