Full time, 37 hours (5 days) per week

You will have: Experience working in a cafe setting
Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate essential
POS experience, shift management, staff supervision, cash handling experience and excellent customer service.
You will: Conduct shift briefings, keep team informed about financial goals, roles, responsibilities, promotional offers and operational updates
Manage cafe rota, ensure staffing during peak/off-peak hours, maintain shift records, track attendance, and handle any shift related staffing issues.
Foster a positive, collaborative work environment, addressing any conflicts or concerns promptly.
Have: Strong leadership & communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team,
Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure,
Experience in training and supporting staff.
Examples of making improvements to streamline systems and increase income streams in a cafe.
Experience of implementing health and safety objectives
You will love working with our partners, Damascus Rose Kitchen, providing quality Syrian food
Qualifications in First Aid, Fire Marshall and Health and Safety desirable.
Experience in budget and profit management is an advantage
