The Digital Experience Lead will manage the full customer journey and online product lifecycle, leveraging data to enhance digital customer engagement and conversion. This role is based in Blackburn and involves collaboration with multiple teams including Technology, Customer Experience, Supply Chain, and Warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure customers see the right product at the right time by managing real-time inventory and driving revenue through our digital channels.
2. Use data to improve onsite customer experience and identify growth opportunities.
3. Manage customer retention initiatives, including membership schemes and subscriptions.
4. Collaborate effectively across teams to deliver a first-class online experience with a 'right-first-time' approach.
Accountabilities
* Maintain alignment with brand planning, ensuring accurate stock, product info, pricing, and merchandising.
* Support website development, category creation, and go-live processes.
* Communicate with stakeholders to align strategies and ensure compliance.
* Monitor website performance, optimize KPIs, and incorporate customer feedback into the development roadmap.
* Lead initiatives for loyalty programs and subscription growth, ensuring stock availability and content updates.
* Optimize onsite search and collaborate with web developers to follow SEO best practices.
Skills & Behaviors
* Proficiency with GA4, heatmapping, and customer data tools.
* Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2) is desirable.
* Experience in KPI-driven roles, loyalty programs, or subscriptions.
* Technical mindset with an eagerness to learn SEO and other technical skills.
* Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
