What you’ll be doing
As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils thrive in the classroom.
Your day might include:
* Supporting pupils with their learning during lessons
* Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis where needed
* Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
* Helping create a calm and supportive classroom environment
* Supporting children with additional or complex learning needs
* Following safeguarding procedures and reporting concerns appropriately
