Job Description:

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Recruitment team on a 12 fixed-term contract, supporting hiring across our Operational/Safety & Compliance teams.


This is a hybrid role based in our Leeds City Centre office, with regular visits to our Leeds Bradford Airport office, giving you the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders across the business.


As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play an important role in helping us attract and hire the great people who keep our operation running safely and smoothly. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and engaging top talent through to offer and hire – ensuring every candidate experiences a professional, positive and well-organised recruitment journey.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with early in-house recruitment experience who is looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced, collaborative and people-focused Talent Acquisition team.

What you’ll be doing:


* Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire high-quality talent to support our growing teams.
* Partnering closely with Hiring Managers and Senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements & support them in delivering a fair & compliant recruitment process.
* Proactively sourcing candidates using a range of tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases and other talent platforms.
* Screening applications and conducting initial candidate conversations to identify strong talent aligned with our values.
* Delivering an excellent candidate experience, keeping candidates informed and supported throughout the recruitment journey.



What you'll have:


* Experience of working within an internal recruitment team within a fast-paced organisation.
* Strong stakeholder and relationship management, constructively challenging where appropriate and bringing fresh ideas to the table to continuously improve how we attract, engage and hire great talent.
* Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search techniques.
* A passion for delivering a fantastic candidate experience.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage with both candidates and stakeholders.
