What You’ll Be Doing
* Selling what you know: Leverage your solid experience with Microsoft Business Central to drive new business. You’ll confidently pitch, present, and demo the product in a way that speaks directly to client needs.
* Showcasing Business Central’s potential: Deliver engaging, tailored demos that clearly communicate how BC can solve real‑world challenges for our clients.
* Guiding the sales journey: Work consultatively with prospects to understand their requirements, develop tailored solutions, and move deals forward with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Creating standout pre‑sales content: Collaborate with marketing to build demo videos, success stories, whitepapers, and sales collateral that really land.
* Championing digital engagement: Use tools like CRM and analytics to track client interactions and uncover what’s working and what’s not.
* Keeping sharp: Stay up to date with new features, industry trends, and competitors to ensure you’re always providing clients with the most relevant, up‑to‑date advice.
* Driving growth: Spot new opportunities, contribute to go‑to‑market strategy, and help shorten sales cycles with insights drawn directly from your day‑to‑day conversations.
* Representing Cloud9: Be our face at events, webinars, and conferences, showcasing our Business Central expertise and what makes Cloud9 different.

* Proven experience selling Business Central: You’ve sold Microsoft Business Central before, and you understand the product’s full capabilities across finance, operations, and beyond.
* Confident in a demo environment: Whether it’s live or pre‑recorded, you know how to walk through Business Central with ease, answering questions and demonstrating real‑world use cases that wow clients.
* Technically capable: You understand the system beyond surface level, configurations, common customisations, and how it fits within the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
* Excellent communicator: You know how to translate technical features into business benefits in a clear, compelling way.
* Client‑first mindset: You’re a relationship‑builder who listens deeply, earns trust, and becomes a go‑to advisor for your clients.
* Self‑starter with commercial awareness: You’re proactive, strategic, and always looking for ways to add value.
