What we’re looking for
* 5+ years experience building service-oriented software products end to end, ideally at early-stage startups
* A strong understanding of AI-based developer tools, methods and paradigms
* Generalist mindset with experience across the full stack
* Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, observability, and developer tooling
* Comfortable owning products and features end to end, and taking responsibility for performance and optimisation
* Strong communicator, able to distribute knowledge across the team effectively through documentation, talks, demos and presentations
What you’ll do
* Build and own core backend services for our commerce infrastructure tools, including billing, workflows, and financial operations
* Build features that integrate AI into real-world product experiences
* Play a key role in software architecture design, including research, writing POCs for further refinement

* Complete a take home exercise
* Task review and pair programming with a team member (1 hour)
* Meet with the product team for 2-way interview (30 mins)
