We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Level 3 Learning Support Practitioner to work closely with pupils with special educational needs, primarily in Reception. You will provide high-quality support in the classroom and, where appropriate, in small group settings, helping pupils access the curriculum and develop independence. You will: Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning Be passionate about teaching and making a difference to the lives of our pupils Work within a team of enthusiastic and skilled staff Support pupils with special needs, including behavioural, learning and communication challenges Implement personalised learning programmes under the direction of the SENCo and class teacher Assist with the planning and delivery of interventions to support pupil progress Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to supporting pupils with additional needs Have a sense of humour!
