Exhibitor Services Manager - Maternity Cover, Royal Leamington Spa
This role involves creating cutting-edge online exhibitor hubs for events across the UK and globally. It combines internal project management with setting up user-friendly interfaces to assist exhibitors. You will be a key part of the Exhibitor Services Team within LiveBuzz's renowned Event Registration delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Take initial instructions from the Event Registration Managers regarding the setup of the exhibitor hub.
2. Manage the setup of exhibitor hubs, ensuring requirements are met and delivered on time.
3. Coordinate with other LiveBuzz teams to gather necessary information from clients for onsite services and ensure timely implementation.
4. Assist with tasks that support current services and help develop new services.
5. Set up and send email communications to exhibitors.
6. Support the Customer Service team in responding to exhibitor queries.
What Makes You the Perfect Fit?
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* High attention to detail.
* Ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively.
* Team player with excellent organizational skills.
* Proficient in admin software, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
* Experience with HTML email creation is a plus but not essential.
* Understanding of exhibitions and conferences is desirable but not essential.
