You will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and receive structured appraisal, support, mentorship, and training.
As a Clinical Support Worker, You Will:
* Work in support of and under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), providing nursing care and assistance to patients within defined parameters specified by the RN, in both areas.
* Coordinate with wards to ensure early transfer to the discharge lounge, including liaising with discharge teams and REACT.
* Work flexibly and confidently across all areas to facilitate patient discharge processes.
* Provide basic patient care and document this care in patient records.
* Ensure patients are cared for with compassion and dignity maintained at all times.
* Work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate good communication skills.
* Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care and be motivated to improve your clinical practice.
