St Luke’s Hospice is seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Head of Retail to help shape the future of our thriving retail operation, generating over £4 million annually to support vital care services in our community. About the Role Working closely with the Head of Retail, you will lead the operational delivery and strategic growth of our extensive charity retail estate. You’ll oversee a high-performing team including four Cluster Managers and a Logistics Supervisor, ensuring targets are exceeded, costs are controlled, and our shops continue to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will deputise in the absence of the Head of Retail. This is a key leadership position where your expertise in charity retail, financial planning, team development and property acquisition will be instrumental in driving growth and innovation across our retail network.
