They’ve built a reputation around quality, innovation, and ethical values, and they’re now looking for an Analytics Manager to join their growing data team.
The Role:

What You'll Be Doing:
* Partner with stakeholders to define problems, shape analytics projects, and create structured roadmaps
* Use SQL and visualisation tools to interrogate large datasets, uncovering actionable insights
* Track and measure marketing campaign performance, applying techniques like media mix modelling (MMM) and attribution
* Support commercial decision-making with segmentation, pricing, product mix and sales performance insights
* Present data-driven stories to senior leadership, helping answer questions like:
* “Why are sales dropping in this category?”
* “How can we improve our delivery logistics?”
* “Do we have too many products in our portfolio?”
Ideal Candidate:
* 3+ years’ experience in analytics roles (marketing analytics especially useful)
* Strong SQL and data visualisation (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
* Experience with campaign measurement, segmentation, commercial strategy
* Confident working directly with business stakeholders and translating technical work into business narratives
* Exposure to varied business problems – consulting or cross-functional experience ideal
* Bonus: Python knowledge and familiarity with data science concepts (not essential)
Why Join?
* Highly respected ethical brand with real-world impact
* Large, fully invested data function – 16 data professionals already in place
* You’ll report into an experienced analytics leader and have 1 direct report
* Opportunity to influence decisions across a complex, international organisation
* Hybrid working with regular presence in a South West UK office
Location: South West England (Hybrid – 2–3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £70,000 + benefits (depending on experience)
If you're an insight-driven problem solver with a knack for unpicking complex commercial questions — and want your work to have meaningful impact — this could be a great fit.
