Location: Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £40,000-£60,000+ | Competitive Basic + Uncapped Bonus, Commission Structure, Profit Share Opportunity

With major investment into digital and direct marketing, systems, and new product launches, we are now looking for an experienced and ambitious Head Of Sales to help lead the next phase of growth.
The Role
You will oversee and grow our sales operation across all divisions, managing.
* CRM pipeline management
* Meeting Sales performance, targets and KPIs
* Recruitment and training of new sales staff
You will work closely with the directors and management team to improve conversion rates, increase sales volume, and help scale the business nationally.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in sales management
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Experience managing sales teams
* Target-driven and highly motivated
* Excellent communication skills
Experience within home improvements, construction, windows, conservatories, kitchens, bathrooms, or similar industries would be advantageous.
