Payroll Specialist | Permanent | Wolverhampton | £30,000-£35,000 | Office Based
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Payroll Specialist to join a well-established, growing business in the Wolverhampton area.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the HR Director, your duties will include:
* Maintaining payroll computerised systems, including databases and payroll software.
* Executing payroll operations, including processing, data management, and liaising with tax authorities.
* Generating reports from HR and payroll systems for managerial review and benefit renewals.
* Administering company benefits and overseeing renewal processes.
* Managing pension-related tasks such as onboarding, changes, and terminations.
* Facilitating maternity/ paternity leave processes.
* Providing guidance to managers and employees on benefits, sick leave, and employment-related matters.
* Handling general HR administrative tasks, including recruitment and occupational health coordination.
* Preparing and maintain HR metrics and produce reports when requested.
* Performing other reasonable tasks as assigned
Personal Profile
We are looking to speak with experienced Payrollers who have up to date knowledge of payroll laws, regulations and compliance regulations. You must have strong communication skills whilst being comfortable working to tight deadlines.
