We’re currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Control Systems Engineer to join a well-established and growing automation business delivering cutting-edge industrial solutions across multiple sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from design through to commissioning, with flexibility built into the role including hybrid / remote working. What you’ll be doing: Designing and developing control systems for industrial automation projects Programming PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley and other platforms) Interfacing with 3rd party devices using Fieldbus communication protocols Supporting testing, commissioning, and installation activities Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Collaborating with wider engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions What we’re looking for: Proven experience in a Control Systems Engineer role Strong PLC programming skills (Siemens and/or Allen Bradley preferred) Experience with Fieldbus communications and system integration Solid understanding of automation and control systems Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset Willingness to travel for site-based work when required What’s on offer: Salary depending on experience (£60,000 – £70,000) Flexible / remote working options Clear opportunities for progression Supportive and collaborative environment
