As part of their continued growth, we're now recruiting for a Finance Business Partner role that offers an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified finance professional to step into a more commercially focused position.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development and maintenance of financial models to aid business planning and decision-making
* Deliver insightful analysis across key operational areas, presenting findings to senior stakeholders
* Partner with non-finance teams to provide clear and actionable financial insight
* Assist in the preparation of cashflow forecasts and support long-term planning processes
* Collaborate with the wider finance team to ensure strong financial controls and efficient processes
* Contribute to key business initiatives, supporting the delivery of growth-focused objectives
I am looking to speak with a newly qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) finance professional who is eager to transition into a more commercially focused role. This could suit someone who has worked in a management accounting position with business partnering exposure or someone from a commercially focused practice background. You will have strong Excel skills, a proactive mindset, and a genuine interest in partnering with the wider business. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn will be key, along with the confidence to engage with stakeholders and develop your influence over time.
