JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for a large distribution site based in Skelmersdale.

£13.25 per hour
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 9:00am - 5:00pm
* 30-minute unpaid break daily

Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries across multiple channels, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities
* Respond promptly to customer queries via email and telephone
* Manage inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional manner
* Conduct video calls with customers when required
* Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
* Maintain clear and concise customer records
* Deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships
* Escalate complex enquiries where necessary

Skills & Experience
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Confident speaking with customers over the phone and via video calls
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* Basic IT skills (email, video conferencing, CRM systems)
* Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential
