At STEM Recruitment, we are looking for a dedicated Legionella Risk Assessor / Water Safety Consultant in Cumbernauld.
Responsibilities will include:
* Conducting complex hot and cold water system surveys
* Creating detailed, accurate reports and schematic drawings
* Providing technical consultancy aligned with relevant legislation (e.g. HTMs, Water Regs, British Standards)
* Offering expert advice and support to clients and internal teams
* Managing client relationships with professionalism and clarity
* Ensuring all work is completed to high standards and within agreed timescales
You’ll ideally have:
* A strong practical knowledge of mechanical services and public health systems in buildings
* A full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)
* While specialist Legionella training will be provided, previous experience in risk assessment is a strong advantage
