We have a fantastic Locum Social Work opportunity based within a Community Mental Health Team in the Salford, Greater Manchester area. The team work collaboratively with service users and their families in a recovery-orientated model, promoting independence, choice, wellbeing, and social inclusion with an emphasis on supporting individuals to achieve their hopes and aspirations.
The role is part time - 18.5 hours per week (Tuesday, Wednesday full days & Half Day on a Friday)

Responsibilities:
7. You will contribute to the delivery of mental health services and provide a casework service in collaboration with service users and CMHT colleagues.
8. You will practice in accordance with CPA and recovery model of care, managing a caseload including assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating care, negotiating for and coordinating the application of resources and seeking modification of attitudes or behaviour when required.
To be considered for the Social Worker role:
9. 1-3 years experience of working within a similar mental health/adult social work setting
10. Diploma/Degree in Social Work
11. Social Work England registration
12. Evidence of working with a complex caseload
