Job Title: Customer Service Administrator (Technical with Plumbing Knowledge) Location: Birmingham Pay Rates: £28,000 £30,000 Working hours: Monday - Friday 13:00 - 21:00 Not an early morning person? We're looking for someone with a practical understanding of plumbing, bathrooms, fittings or installation - whether you started a plumbing course, worked as a plumber, or gained technical know-how through related work. If you can talk through how something fits together, and troubleshoot problems through a video call, you'll be great here. You'll be supporting customers across the USA market for a premium brand. Helping with technical queries, replacements, troubleshooting and general product support.
