Marble Talent Group are seeking an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join our client in the North West London area. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with strong technical expertise in VRV/VRF systems, as well as general air conditioning and refrigeration installation, maintenance, and fault-finding.
You'll be responsible for working across a range of commercial and residential sites, delivering high-quality service and ensuring all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
* Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of VRV/VRF systems (Daikin, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, etc.)
* Diagnose and rectify faults in air conditioning and refrigeration systems
* Carry out preventative maintenance and servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines
* Liaise with customers on-site, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes
* Complete all relevant documentation and service reports accurately
* Comply with F-Gas and Health & Safety regulations at all times
* Support junior engineers or apprentices when required
Requirements
* Strong working knowledge of VRV/VRF systems (installation, commissioning, and fault finding)
* FGAS Category 1 Certification (essential)
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
Desirable
* Experience with split systems, chillers, or cold rooms
* CSCS or Skillcard
* IPAF / PASMA qualifications
Package
* Salary: £46,000 - £48,000 per annum (DOE)
