About Our Client
Our client is a fast-paced and innovative FMCG company based in Milton Keynes, known for its market-leading brands and commitment to operational excellence. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven and organised Finance Coordinator to support the finance team with day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
Job Description
Finance Coordinator
3. Coordinate daily finance activities including accounts payable and receivable support
4. Processing invoices, credit notes & general admin work
5. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely data entry
6. Monitor cash flow and update daily cash reports
7. Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely approval and processing of invoices
8. Assist with preparation of VAT returns and other statutory submissions
9. Maintain fixed asset register and support with CAPEX tracking
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Coordinator should have:
10. Previous experience in a similar finance role (e.g. Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Coordinator)
11. Experience within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing environments is highly desirable
12. Good understanding of core accounting principles
13. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Sage)
14. Excellent organisational and time management skills
15. High attention to detail and accuracy
