To be responsible for the development, leadership, and continual improvement of the human resource services across the Trust and its multiple sites. This role aims to enable the Trust academies to focus on recruiting the right people with the right skills to support the delivery of excellent learning, teaching, and school improvement, while ensuring all relevant statutory requirements are fulfilled.

As Head of HR, you will lead, develop, and implement the Trust's human resource strategies in support of the overarching Strategic Business Plan. You will be responsible for fulfilling the Trust’s mission, vision, and values to be an employer of choice; recruiting, retaining, and developing staff to create an environment where they feel valued and cared for. You should be CIPD qualified with proven senior HR experience, demonstrating success in previous roles.
