Employment Solicitor (5–6 Years PQE)

Overview:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor (5–6 years PQE) to join our busy Employment team in Leeds. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, providing expert legal support and practical advice to both employer and employee clients.
Key Requirements:
* 5–6 years’ PQE in Employment Law.
* Strong experience managing a caseload from inception through to resolution, including Employment Tribunal claims.
* Proven knowledge of key employment law areas such as unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, whistleblowing, TUPE, and breach of contract.
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills for contracts, settlement agreements, and HR documentation.
* Strong communication and client care skills, with the ability to provide clear, commercially focused advice.
* High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Confident in using IT systems and case management software.
