About you
Join our dynamic Resourcing Team at Birmingham City Council, where you'll play a key role in delivering innovative, customer-focused recruitment solutions that directly support our workforce priorities. You'll work closely with hiring managers and Resourcing Partners to attract and secure top talent ensuring the right people, with the right skills, are in place at the right time to make a real impact across our services.
In this role, you’ll lead on sifting, interviewing, and end-to-end recruitment delivery, including senior (JNC) roles, while advising on the best resourcing strategies. From managing job adverts to driving onboarding and ensuring full compliance with legislation and GDPR, you’ll be central to creating a smooth and professional candidate experience.
