Role Overview
As a Day-to-Day Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting class teachers to create dynamic, inclusive, and engaging learning environments for children aged 4 to 11. You will assist in daily classroom activities, encourage pupil engagement, and contribute to their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences that inspire and motivate pupils.
* Assist with classroom management and promote a positive, inclusive atmosphere where all children feel valued.
* Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives.
* Provide constructive feedback to the teacher to help inform future lesson planning.
* Foster respectful and professional relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Take initiative when supporting learning activities or resolving classroom challenges.
Requirements
* Previous experience working with children aged 4 to 11 (desirable).
* A proactive and caring attitude with a commitment to supporting children's learning and well-being.
* Two professional references.
* A current Enhanced Child Workforce DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
