About The Role:
They are one of the UK’s leading suppliers of gas fired gensets and CHP units. The company operates in the specialist sector of renewable power generation from biogas (landfill gas and anaerobic digestion) as well as providing natural gas fired CHP units to hotels, hospitals and other high energy users.
They are now looking for a talented Technical Sales person to expand their market within the existing sectors and explore new opportunities. The role will be both office and field based.
Role and responsibilities will include but not limited to;
•Both office and field based
•Lead generation within existing clients and sectors.
•Building new pipelines through various communications channels including phone calls, emails, video calls and in-person.
•Setting appointments to visit clients
•Working with the in-house engineering and project team to develop site specific technical solutions
•Preparing detailed proposals and proactively follow up with prospective clients
•Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve targets
•Achieving targets set by the company
Candidate Requirements:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Knowledge of Gensets and CHP
•Landfill gas applications
•Biogas applications
•CHP applications for commercial and industrial high energy users
•Understanding of what is required for safe turnkey site installations
•Understanding of mechanical and electrical site works and integration with existing systems
•Project Management experience advantageous
